Xero offer real-time cash flow tracking on PC, Mac, or phone. They allow users to create and send invoices anywhere using their mobile app. Invoices are customizable and can be replicated to save time, and Xero automatically send out payment reminders to customers. Invoices can include a ‘pay now’ option which allows customers to easily pay straight from the invoice using a debit or credit card, GoCardless, or Stripe.

Users can connect their bank accounts to Xero to automatically import data. 

The dashboard allows users to track bank balances, invoices, bills, and cashflow. They offer detailed reporting, with customizable reports and budgets.
